For the past three years, I’ve put AI inside real finance workflows, including close, reporting, planning and controls, with clear human accountability. I draw on more than 25 years across finance, commercial leadership and business transformation, including public-company CFO roles.

Finance Swarm brings people, processes and AI together to change how finance functions operate. I’m helping build and embed AI capabilities into the systems and workflows businesses use, including close, reporting, planning and controls.

The work includes Beleef and extends across multiple businesses of different sizes and sectors. The aim is practical: make the work flow better while keeping human judgement and accountability where they belong.

We also help train executive leadership teams at leading technology and financial services companies around the world to use and implement AI at work.
